Review: Christmas floral bouquet delivered to wrong address(neighbour ) & no notification to recipient regarding its whereabouts of said arrangement which was supposed to be a surprise .
By the time I finally received it late Christmas eve it had spent several hours in an overheated room so wasn’t looking particularly wonderful & died off rapidly.
Took issue up with supplier ,eventual email response today couldn’t even be bothered to address me by name on communication.
Excuses ,relief taxi driver had run out of notification cards . He had taxi card receipt s in his vehicle ,that would have sufficed . Also he had the opportunity to alert to the whereabouts of my delivery on my ring doorbell but just didn’t bother .

Carrie was so kind and thoughtful when we walked in to arrange it and understood exactly what we wanted for our mum making this sad time so much easier.
